The Nautic Group, Inc. is expanding its Kemah Boardwalk base. At the forefront of sail and power fractional boating programs since 2002, we have recently expanded our services to include yacht sales and brokerage, significantly enhanced our ASA certified training school, and established our own yacht club. Our team is committed to delivering industry-leading service across all areas of our operations. We are looking for talented, dynamic individuals who can demonstrate their experience and contribute to the continued success of our business.

Director of Operations:
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced leader to manage and further develop the operations of our rapidly growing business. Responsibilities will include managing our engineering and service team, supervising the maintenance of our fractional fleet, and overseeing new yacht commissioning. This is a client-focused position and includes responsibility for training new fractional members through our new member orientation process. Applicants are required to have a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role combined with significant marine engineering experience (power and sail). You must be able to demonstrate your ability to motivate and manage a team and possess exceptional communication and client-handling skills.

Salary (based on experience), Company Bonus Plan, Paid Vacation.

Fleet Engineer:
As well as reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for maintaining our fractional fleet, the commissioning of new yachts, and general warranty and repair work. We are looking for a proactive individual with three to five years’ experience.

Hourly Rate, Company Bonus Plan.

Yacht Sales Consultant:
We require a success-driven and experienced individual whose primary role will be to identify, create and manage sales prospects, schedule showings, and close deals on new and brokerage yachts. This position will support the sale of fractional memberships and ASA training. Experience is not required but is a plus.
