The Nautic Group, Inc. (TNG), the parent company of Nautic Yacht Sales, was started back in 2002 in Kemah, Texas. TNG has since built a business around a diverse line of marine products, including NauticShare, Nautic Yacht Sales and Nautic Sailing School, which was named "Outstanding ASA Sailing School of 2009".

Kevin Kaiser - Founder & CEO
Kevin was born in Louisville Kentucky and grew up in The Woodlands Texas. Kevin is married to Brenda Kaiser a graduate of University of Houston and is the company's Business Manager. Kevin graduated from Sam Houston State University in 1998 with a Communications Marketing and Management degree. Throughout the schooling Kevin spent most of his year working in the grocery business. After graduation, Kevin joined Coca-Cola in sales. After this Kevin moved to the 3M Company in sales after a quick one year stint as a Construction Manager for Lennar Homes.

In 2002, The Nautic Group, Inc was born as Kevin entered into the marine business as one of the first fractional boating bases. NauticShare® in Kemah Texas still remains one of the largest fractional bases in the world!

After several years of operating the fractional base, Kevin started Nautic Sailing School which quickly became and award winning American Sailing Association Sailing School in Houston. In fact, in 2009 the school was named "Outstanding ASA Sailing School" by the students. By hiring the best instructors and using the newest yachts for training the company is able to set themselves apart from the other schools.

As the economy slowed in 2008, opportunities started to become available for The Nautic Group, Inc. Nautic Yachts Sales became a leader in pre-owned yacht sales in Kemah. Shortly after, Kevin was approached by Hunter Marine, Dufour Yachts, Carver Yacht and Cruisers Yachts to become the new boat dealer for each of the brands above.

Today, Kevin and the company are positioned to be the leader in fractional boating, sailing instruction and yacht sales in state of Texas.

Brenda Kaiser - Business Manager
Brenda Kaiser was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela and moved to Houston in 2003.

Graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Houston with an Industrial Engineering Degree and soon after got married to Kevin Kaiser. Together, Kevin and Brenda have become a great partnership not only in life but also in the business, as The Nautic Group, Inc continues to grow.

Today Brenda Kaiser is the Business Manager for the Nautic Group, Inc and loves to interact with the Nautic clients and members during dock Parties, Flotillas and BVI trips!

Brenda's goals are to make every client of The Nautic Group, Inc. feel welcome and share the love for boating from the Texas Gulf Coast and beyond...

Steve Khan - Carver Yachts Specialist
Steve was born and raised on a family vineyard in Northern California. He obtained a B.S. in psychology from the University of California at Davis and then moved on to a M.A. program at the University of the Pacific. Upon completion, Steve was accepted to a University of Houston Ph.D. program in psychology and moved to Houston in 1984. He has been an adopted Texan ever since.

Steve left the Ph.D. program for a sales position in new home sales. He moved to the Clear Lake area and began selling new homes in the area. He helped develop, build and sell waterfront homes in the Lake Cove subdivision in Seabrook and Marina Village in South Shore Harbor. All of the homes were designed for water access and every potential buyer saw their new home from one of Steve's boats on Clear Lake

Once Lake Cove and Marina Village homes were complete, Steve accepted a position as the National Director of Sales and Marketing for a large real estate company. He relocated to South Florida, and spent several years touring the Intracoastal Waterway in his Maxum 3700. After seeing all he could between Palm Beach and Miami, Steve moved his family back to the Clear Lake area of Houston and joined Nautic Yacht Sales.

Steve is married, has one son currently attending Baylor College of Medicine and two daughters in high school in the Clear Lake area.

Keith Kaiser - NauticShare® Fractional Specialist
Keith was born in Louisville Kentucky and grew up in The Woodlands Texas. After several years of college Keith moved into the high end whole tire and wheel industry before moving into the marine industry in 2006. Keith started sailing on Hunters and boating on Carver Yachts with his older brother Kevin back 1995. He has a lot of experience in the Galveston Bay waters and the British Virgin Islands as he hosts the annual Nautic Yacht Club member flotillas using the Sunsail boats.

Keith manages the Nautic Share Kemah business and is also a Hunter Sales Pro. Keith successfully manages over 100 members in the Kemah operation and the fleet management department.
